Role Description
This is a temporary on-site Chef de Tournant / Relief Chef de Partie role located near Livingston from the 9th February, As a Chef de Tournant / Relief Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of food and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and leading by example. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely preparation of all menu items, delivering a seamless service, and training new hires on a section. Due to location it is essential you have a car and live within commutable distance.
Qualifications
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment with knowledge of food preparation and safe handling practices with relevant qualifications and certification
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
Remuneration
£18 per hour through the LTD company, Sole-Trader (public liability insurance and UTR number required) or PAYE equivalent.
