We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, dedicated chef to work alongside our head chef.
The Old Farmhouse is a very busy, fast paced restaurant, which is very popular with locals and visitors. We are a mix of pub classics and modern dishes.
Life, work balance is key to our business and we offer a great starting wage with bounces and tips.
Working hours will be Wednesday to Sunday, days off every Monday and Tuesday.

## Duties
– Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets the highest standards
– Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
## Experience
– Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practice
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Qualifications in food and hygiene level 3
– Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
