We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Crown Inn – a new, family-run pub opened in April, with significant investment bringing fresh energy to a beautifully restored 15th-century venue.
With a focus on quality, seasonal food and warm hospitality, we’re building something special – and we’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to be a key part of it!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
- Leading service, ensuring top-quality dishes leave the pass
- Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety & stock control
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A passion for classic British pub food with a modern twist
- Strong leadership & organisational skills
- A calm, positive attitude under pressure
