Dulse & Brose at the Bosville Hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye are looking for a Sous Chef with the following skills:

  • Support and follow the leadership of our Head Chef in daily service
  • Be involved in menu development and new dish creation
  • Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
  • Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking and passionate team

We can offer:

£35,000 per annum

Equal share of 10% service charge & cash tips

Up to 5% of their salary bonus based on KPI’s paid in November
