The Borough Gastro Pub in the heart of Lancaster is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive our fresh, seasonal menu forward.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative chef with strong leadership skills to take charge of a busy, quality-led gastro pub known for its locally sourced ingredients and high standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Passion for fresh, seasonal British cuisine
- Ability to manage GP, stock, and kitchen operations efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining high food quality and team standards

- £45,000–£50,000 salary (depending on experience)
