The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, deliver outstanding food quality while leading and inspiring a professional brigade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute seasonal seafood-focused menus
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a seafood or high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of fresh seafood preparation and coastal cuisine
- Creative, organised, and calm under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
