We’re looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join our friendly team at our traditional seaside pub.
About the Role:
Lead a small, dedicated kitchen team
Prepare and serve home-cooked food and classic pub grub
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation
Seasonal role with plenty of variety of dishes, in the summer bulk menu and in the winter variety of specials

About You:
Previous chef or kitchen leadership experience
Passionate about fresh, hearty, traditional food
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to train a motivate a small team
Patience to get things how you would like them in line with company policy
