Key Responsibilities:
- Full kitchen management: daily service, prep, rota, stock
- Seasonal menu development and specials
- Leading a small brigade with calm authority
- Maintaining food hygiene, allergen compliance and kitchen standards
- Managing suppliers, ordering, and gross profit targets

- Currently a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef looking for progression
