We are a four star, traditional Country Inn and Restaurant, with accommodation and campsite at the foot of Snowdon in Snowdonia, North Wales
We have an ideal opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef with at least 3 years kitchen experience to join our kitchen team
You must be able to act on your own initiative and work flexibly within a small team and take charge and run a station
Average 45 hours over a 5 day week, which includes weekend and evening work
Our food is served to our Restaurant and throughout our Inn and includes traditional British Cuisine and Fine Dining.
All our food is prepared, from fresh ingredients on the premises and we take time and care in sourcing quality local suppliers
Contract from July to end of October with possibility of new contract (10-11 month) for 2026
