Looking for a chef responsible for the running of our kitchen at our Award winning Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre.
This position is offering a work life balance within the industry which is rarely available.
It is a full time position at 37.5 hours during the day includes weekends. No splits. With the exception of 2 Friday nights a month to show your culinary skills.
All our red meat is produced off our farm we also have our own butchers for our retail which which also suppiles our kitchen. The Farmer, Butcher and Chef working together to provide a top quality menu.
The role requires experience, compliance and references.
Minimum of similar positions of 3 years.
Closed Christmas till the 29th December and New Year’s Day
