We are looking for an experienced pub chef to join our kitchen as Sous Chef. We serve Great Pub Food and we ARE BUILDING UPON IT! As this is a hands-on Second Chef role, you will need to enjoy the buzz of a kitchen, leading from the front whilst supporting the Head Chef & motivating and getting the best out of an already established team.

- You are respectful of other team members
- You take great pride on the cleanliness and management of the kitchen – especially when we have 5 stars and intend to keep it that way.
- You are creative and will help with the specials board
- You know our customers come first
- You know a little about stock reports – and want to learn more.
- You motivate the team
- You love to help others learn and assist our younger members with NVQ’s
- You may have worked for the big pub co’s and understand how important consistency is – but you also have experience in non-branded independents so understand identity.
- You love to develop some new ideas and get ahead of market trends
- You know your SFBB and COSHH
- You have a current food hygiene certificate to level 2
