We are looking for an experienced line chef to join our main kitchen brigade at The Greyhound Inn in Corfe Castle. Set beneath the historic ruins of this famous castle, our pub is a bustling, high-quality food destination, known for its seasonal menus, fresh ingredients, and commitment to excellence.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay, plus an additional 10% service charge shared among the team – boosting wages by up to £2.50 extra per hour- (£14 p/h +£2.50 tips fixed)

Responsibilities include:
  • Running your designated section efficiently during service
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Assisting with stock management and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
  • Contributing to menu development and daily specials
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
  • Maintaining a clean, organised workspace under pressure
